PRODUCTS

The Posh Olive is a cruelty-free company and products are made without the use of any animal products. Whipped sugar scrubs use raw sugar made without bone char, cold process soaps are made without tallow, lip balms without beeswax, etc.

We use skin-safe and always phthalate-free premium fragrances and / or essential oils only at safe usage levels. View our scent blends here.

Products are made fresh and best enjoyed within one year of purchase to maintain quality.

Due to Covid-19 global supply chain disruptions, bottles and containers may appear different than in photos.

Due to the handmade nature of items of our products, no two are identical. Color variations are to be expected.

LOGISTICS

Processing time can range from 2 to 10 days. With an increase in demand and not enough hands, thank you so much for waiting!!

There is a significant increase in orders. Thank you so so much for all of the love. You are truly the best!!

Each item is freshly made and excessive care is being taken to ensure every one of your products is loved, hugged, and receiving a final pat on the head before being sent to its home. 

USPS is working in distress with staffing and announcements have been made informing that packages will take longer than expected for delivery than usual especially during the busy seasonal months from October to December. 

Many orders may be delayed for a few days and a few may even go missing. If your package has been missing for more than 3 weeks, please get in contact with us at hello@theposholive.com

We will combine orders and refund shipping if multiple orders are placed on the same date and the name and address on all orders match. Only one tracking number will be received.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Many customers outside of the US prefer to use a shipping service such as planetexpress.com to place an order and have packages forwarded to their country.

We ship USPS. Tracking will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

POLICIES

We hope you enjoy your handcrafted purchase. Should you not, your satisfaction is guaranteed and returns will be accepted. Please contact us within two weeks of package delivery for return instructions at hello@theposholive.com. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Paypal. You do not need to create an account.

Restock is when products are listed on the website. The shop will be closed due to being out of stock and/or are processing current orders and/or preparing for the next restock. We will restock the products on the website monthly or bi-monthly. 

An announcement for restock dates will be posted on our Home Page, and on Instagram @theposholive
