We hope you enjoy your handcrafted purchase. Should you not, your satisfaction is guaranteed and returns will be accepted. Please contact us within 30 days of package delivery for return instructions at hello@theposholive.com. The customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within two weeks of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will work to resolve any issues very quickly. If damaged, please ensure to take photos of both the damaged product and the packaging as required by shipping companies in order to submit a claim and send an email to us with those photos showing the damage.
Returned Orders
In the event a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or the inability of the mail service to deliver, you will receive an email. You will be responsible for paying a shipping fee to have the package reshipped. If you decide against paying the shipping fee, a 15% restocking fee will be applied with the remaining balance refunded to you.
Limited Liability
The Posh Olive is not liable for any delay in transit. Delivery dates are best estimates only. The Posh Olive is not responsible for negligent acts by delivery service, including lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. However, we would also love to help you find your package. Please email us if you haven't received your order after 4 weeks.
